After a week off due to a colicky baby, weather, holidays and just about everything else you can count on to throw me off track, I am back on track and two days in to my restarted workouts! I LOVE Focus T25!! 25 minutes and I'm done, Got a good sweat on, got my heart rate up there and kept it there! 25 minutes and that's it! Anyone can do that! After just two days I feel better, have more energy and am actually looking forward to the next workout!
Shakes and meals are going well. Adjusting slightly to a low gluten diet for my daughters sake but still able to ind good healthy cleaner recipes to make for my family! I love being a healthier mom, cooking healthier for my kids and hubby! I am setting my family up for a healthy long life making smart choices.
I will try each week to post my planned meals for the week and share my recipes (most of which I find on Pinterest or are shared on my wall on FB.)
